A jewel in Collingwood Harbour, on the south end of beautiful Georgian Bay. Mariners Haven is a one-of-a kind residential condominium community of 32 homes plus the grand home of the developer William H. Kaufman.

William (Bill) Kaufman was a third generation businessman who, after the Second World War, ran Kaufman Furniture, in Collingwood. In 1979 several companies amalgamated to form William H. Kaufman Inc. Bill remained as Chairman of the board, but stepped down as President in 1986. He had already begun developing Mariners Haven.

Mariners’ 32 semi-detached homes are built around a private marina basin, and each has its own dock as well as other exclusive use areas. Additional amenities include two tennis courts, a pool, and change rooms.
